On board 4, if the bidding goes 1NT - 3C, Puppet Stayman, surely it is okay for opener to rebid 3NT to deny both a four-card and a five-card major. So South is denied the opportunity to double for a heart lead. Do you have a preferred agreement about jumps to 3D/3H/3S in response to 1NT otherwise? I used to play them as showing a six-card suit, game-forcing with slam interest, but found such hands occurred too rarely.

I am having trouble parsing your questions. Did your partner open 1♥ and the opponents overcall 1♠? 2♥ is 6-10 with usually three hearts, 3♥ is weak with four hearts, 4♥ is weak with usually five hearts, 2♠ is 10+ support points with at least three hearts, and double is a negative double implying the minors, not a support double.
