The site is operated by Wolpert Bridge LLC, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. You can reach us at support@wolpertbridge.com.

A booking is confirmed when payment goes through, or when a request you've paid for is accepted by the instructor. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at the price displayed when you check out.

Cancellations, refunds, site credit and the late-cancellation fee are all described on the booking and cancellations page, which forms part of these terms.

Classes and lessons run on Zoom, or on Bridge Base Online with a phone call, at the time shown. Your Zoom link is personal to you. A private session is sold as time, not as a seat: you're welcome to share your link with a partner or friends at no extra cost.

We may record group classes so students who booked them can watch the recording afterwards. Recordings are for enrolled students and shouldn't be redistributed.

If we have to cancel a session, you get its full value back as site credit and an email saying so.

You sign in with a link sent to your email address; there is no password to look after. Keep your email account secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in here as you. Give us accurate details — your teacher relies on them to reach you.

Wolpert Bridge sends text messages to its instructors — not to students — to let them accept or decline a last-minute lesson request. An instructor opts in by entering their own mobile number in our staff admin and switching the setting on; the consent notice is shown beside the switch.

Message frequency depends on bookings, typically a few a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help; turning the setting off in the admin also stops the messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do our best to keep the site running and the schedule accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Our liability to you for anything arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms; the date below tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
