On hand 5 (doing the playthrough on the site), the robot Passes in 1st seat with 13 points, which must be wrong. I don't see a 'contact us' button anywhere (just watched your video on youtube about this new beta feature).

gavin, hi ! #4 : 1d 1h 3h 3s asks for shortness, as per your agreement with warren. what are the responses to 3s ? if bidding was 1d 1s 3s, what would be the bid to ask for shortness and what would be the responses ?
First step asks, then step 1 = no shortness step 2 = low shortness step 3 = high shortness So 1m-1S-3S-3n = asking for shortness
B5 If South reopens with 4♦ after 1♣-(1♠)-X-(3♠)-p-(p), should North choose the heart game, the diamond game or try for ♦ slam? I feel that 4♦ shows a very strong hand (especially when they are missing ♦AK) and slam is hopeful. B6 Do you recommend playing "opps can't play under 2NT undoubted" over west's XX?
They should choose a heart game. To be honest with you I've pretty much never seen this auction, you should basically always be starting with double. Board 6: No I reccommend they cant play under 2 of our suit undoubled.
Sorry to open INT. I know the ACBL rule; however, I thought you said the Europeans allow it. Because I thought international people were playing, it was allowed. I won't do it again. My apologies to our opponents.
Nice of you to come and apologize, but I wasn't worried about who did it or what happened. It was just a learning experience for everyone. I'm glad it happened. FYI I had no idea who did it until you said so :)
