Regarding b.5. and the impossible 2 spade bid. Is this a substitute for the Raptor 1NT overcall? And, what do you think of that convention? Is it valuable to consider employing, or, are you giving up too much? Also, what if your RHO opens 1 spade, and. you have 4 hearts and a longer minor, but can’t X and say you only have 10-11 points. Is there any such thing as the “impossible 3 heart” rebid. Obviously, the vulnerability must at least be equal, and preferably favourable, but does the principle apply. Thanks.
The Raptor 1NT overcall is a convention that some people like, but is completely not necessary. Just so people understand what is being talked about, it's a convention where a 1NT overcall is not natural 15-18. It's artificial showing 4 of an unbid major and 5+ of an unbid minor.
Something awry on Board 5? I think N should pass and E opens 1H?
