Hi Gavin, on board 7, isn’t it safe for S to bid 2S as this is a transfer after a major double situation isn’t it? With a forward going raise, I would bid 2H I think. One question on this though. How does Drury work in this situation? Does the transfer system take precedence and you’d just bid 2H on hands that would have bid 2C without the double or does it work differently to that ?

Think perhaps I’ve posted this question on the wrong postmortem. Let me rephrase it more generally. It’s related to the question you’ve already answered this morning on the major suit opening thread. If the auction starts P (P) 1M (X), how, if at all does drury work with transfers after a major X ? Does the transfer structure just replace drury or something else ?
No drury, but you really don't need it. With a constructive raise, bid 2M-1 as a transfer. With a three card limit raise, redouble then support. With a four card limit raise, bid 2NT.

Hi Gavin - on board 3, when the opponents have told you that they’re off the AK of Diamonds, is there always urgency to lead diamonds to make sure we get those two cashing tricks ? I notice everyone apart from me lead the Jack of spades on that hand. Also, on the same hand, I read the 3S bid as a serious slam try and the 3NT bid as a spade control - I guess the robots are not programmed to do that but is that what you would recommend ?
Yes diamonds are definitely the correct lead. I would always lead the suit the opponents denied the control, from any holding, before they get a chance to discard that suit on a different suit.
