Leading low towards the Q simplifies matters when West holds Kx of trumps and fears that ducking will cost a trump trick for the defense. A quick calculation: in this trump suit, Kx held by West is almost twice as likely as a singleton J held by East or West.

Another little thing on this hand is the heart suit - you have a finesse by leading T, This gains a trick vs the 4 layouts with jack-doubleton on the left. But that's probably not worth it, since it costs a trick vs most of the 4-1s as well as the 5-0s (8 layouts I think, 4-1 with singleton A/K would survive).
Yes great comment. In a vaccum you do want to play the ten of hearts around to pick up the 5 Jx (AJ, KJ, Jx, Jx, Jx) holdings and pay off to the two singleton J's. The problem on this hand is you run the risk of a trump promotion if west has 4 hearts. You have limited entries to your hand to persist in trumps. The alternative is just to lead the queen of hearts from dummy to cater to singleton jacks. Its not that much worse.
